Seating Policy & Very Important Information
1. The best way to purchase tickets is via our online ticketing system here: tickets
2. The in-person theatre box office opens 45 minutes before showtimes daily.
3. Call in reservations, without pre-payment, will be released 30 minutes before show time. Please make sure you arrive early or your seat(s) may be given away to a walk-in patron.
4. There will be no late seating. If you arrive after the show begins, you may enter the theatre at intermission or call to exchange your seats for another performance so long as tickets for your desired show remain.
5. Showtimes have changed! Beginning in July 2018 evening performances will begin at 7:30pm. Matinees will continue to run at 2pm.
If a situation arises which makes it impossible for you to attend the scheduled performance for which you have paid, you may exchange your ticket for another date of the same performance as long as tickets remain. If you are unable to attend any dates for the current show we ask that you exchange for another show later in the season. If that is also impossible we are happy to provide a refund as long as cancelation request is received at least 1 business day prior to your show date. We are a small not-for-profit organization and the fees associated with processing card transactions and then backing them off for refunds are a serious consideration. We appreciate your judicious use of refunds whenever possible. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and we hope to see you again.
If a performance is canceled by the venue for any reason you may opt to accept a seat to a later performance of the same show, a show later in the season, or accept a refund.
Please call the Phoenix first if you have a problem with billing. We can be reached at 206-533-2000. Charge backs/disputes on credit and debit cards will be honored however a refund directly from our box office is faster. If you suspect your card has been used fraudulently to purchase goods or services at the Phoenix Theatre please begin a fraud claim with your financial institution; we are unable to provide details regarding card transactions and do not retain card information on file.
